1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories attached

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Return Shipping

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

  • For all other returns: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund if a label is provided by us.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us first.
